  1. Luminous Paper visual system on iOS

    Rolled out a new visual system across the iOS app — softer paper-textured surfaces, more legible numerals on category breakdowns, and a redesigned export sheet.

  2. Sign-in surfaces the real server error

    iOS sign-in now surfaces the exact 401 message from the server (locked account, wrong password, missing 2FA) instead of a generic 'something went wrong' toast.

  3. Web design system unified across auth + dashboard

    Pulled the marketing site, auth flow, and dashboard onto a single shadcn-based design system. Colors, type scale, and form controls now match end-to-end.

  4. Onboarding redesign

    Replaced the old single-screen onboarding with a four-scene flow that walks new users through dropping a PDF, watching it parse, browsing categories, and exporting.

  5. Privacy and Terms refresh

    Rewrote both legal pages in plain English, added a contact form on each, and pinned the last-updated date at the top.
