Tour of your dashboard

What each section of the dashboard is for.

Your dashboard is organized around a simple idea: statements come in, and everything else is a different lens on the transactions inside them.

The sidebar

SectionWhat you'll find
OverviewYour at-a-glance picture — total spend, top categories, net flow, and anything Sortlumo thinks you should notice.
TransactionsEvery line item across your statements. Search by merchant, filter by category, account, date range, or amount, and re-categorize inline.
RecurrentDetected subscriptions and recurring charges, with the annualized cost of each.
StatementsThe PDFs you've uploaded, with parse status. Re-open or remove any of them.
CalendarUpcoming due dates and projected recurring charges, laid out by month. (Paid plans.)
SettingsYour profile, plan, email-forwarding address, and account controls.

The account switcher

Near the top of the dashboard you'll find your account switcher. Each account (sometimes called a vault) holds its own statements and transactions — so your personal checking stays separate from a shared credit card. Switch between them with a click; every view updates to that account. See Accounts for how to set them up.

Note

Some sections light up only once you have data in them. A brand-new account shows a short checklist instead of an empty Overview — upload a statement and the real views appear.
