Tour of your dashboard
What each section of the dashboard is for.
On this page
Your dashboard is organized around a simple idea: statements come in, and everything else is a different lens on the transactions inside them.
The sidebar
| Section | What you'll find |
|---|---|
| Overview | Your at-a-glance picture — total spend, top categories, net flow, and anything Sortlumo thinks you should notice. |
| Transactions | Every line item across your statements. Search by merchant, filter by category, account, date range, or amount, and re-categorize inline. |
| Recurrent | Detected subscriptions and recurring charges, with the annualized cost of each. |
| Statements | The PDFs you've uploaded, with parse status. Re-open or remove any of them. |
| Calendar | Upcoming due dates and projected recurring charges, laid out by month. (Paid plans.) |
| Settings | Your profile, plan, email-forwarding address, and account controls. |
The account switcher
Near the top of the dashboard you'll find your account switcher. Each account (sometimes called a vault) holds its own statements and transactions — so your personal checking stays separate from a shared credit card. Switch between them with a click; every view updates to that account. See Accounts for how to set them up.
Note
Some sections light up only once you have data in them. A brand-new account shows a short checklist instead of an empty Overview — upload a statement and the real views appear.
